Question: what’s the best company to deal with for customer service, knowledge, reputation to rollover my 401k to?

My past employer 401k is ‘through’ Fidelity but I’ve had such poor service recently trying to get it rolled over to an IRA – not giving me all the information or wrong information. Wondering if I could do better with another company.

Answer: I use Charles Schwab brokerage. But I don’t ask for advice I like to make my own choices.
