Question: Can I still withdraw money from my Rollover IRA thru section 72(t) of tge IRS, even if I continue working?
Need the money, don’t need the penalty
I am only 56 now
Answer: Yes.
If you take distributions under Section 72t it doesn’t matter if you are still working. There will be no penalty.
